

My Story

After 28 years of being involved in all areas of the restaurant trade; I have decided to take a break from restaurant kitchens in order to bring your dining out experience into the comfort of your own home.
If you are looking to organize a dinner party or celebrate a special event, if you are on holiday and wish to rest and relax without thinking about shopping and cooking, or you just need to fill your freezer, please do not hesitate to contact me for suggestions and quote.
My mission is simple: Healthy cuisine can be joyful, creative – and of course – beautiful and delicious.
Sharing a fantastic meal with friends and family is a luxury everyone enjoys. Imagine the delight of having the incredible food you crave, professionally prepared and served to you in the comfort of your own home.
.I also have extensive experience in setting up new restaurants, general managerial duties, and off course menu design and execution. Since moving to Cape Town in 1995, I have been involved in opening Bayfront Blu at the Aquarium, and have headed the kitchens of Fusion Café (Observatory and Stellenbosch), Hazendal Wine Estate, Ernie Els Wines, Guardian Peak Restaurant, and lastly Long Table Restaurant @ Haskell Wines. Drawing on all this experience, I also offer my services on a consultancy base to existing, as well as prospective new restauranteurs.
